Vivian is the Director of INM Migration & Legal, with expertise and experience in family law, AVO, civil matters before pursuing the migration area of law. She has obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), admitted solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW.
As a Registered Migration Agent (RMA), Vivian has represented her client in the Administrative Appeal Tribunal.
Mr. Peter Skene
Peter has a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Canberra, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
He has over 35 years experience with criminal matters and extensive experience in Estate matters, family provision claims and Dispute resolution.
Peter is both caring and compassionate, with a committed approach to upholding clients rights. He has appeared before Local, District and Supreme Courts in New South Wales, various Tribunals in NSW & ACT and courts in South Australia.
