INM’s Story
Ms. Vivian Hang Nguyen
Vivian is the Director of INM Migration, with expertise and experience in family law, AVO, civil matters before pursuing the migration area of law. She has obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), admitted solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW.
As a Registered Migration Agent (RMA), Vivian has represented her client in the Administrative Appeal Tribunal.
Mr. Colin
Colin pursued his passion for law, obtaining a Bachelor of Law in 2014, followed by a Juris Doctor from UNSW in 2017 and was admitted to the High Court of Australia that same year. Since obtaining his practising certificate, he has represented clients before Tribunals, Local and District Courts.
In 2019, he joined the Courts and became a District Court Judge’s Associate in 2022, gaining invaluable insight into judicial processes, particularly in criminal and civil law. His broad experience spans from Criminal, Traffic to Civil, Commercial and Migration law.
Meticulous, thorough, and client-focused, Colin approaches every case with a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. He takes pride in delivering clear, practical advice and advocating passionately for those he represents.
